We step in as your beverage partner and handle every detail from planning and permitting through set up, service, and closeout, so you can focus on hosting an incredible event.

Together, we turn the bar into a visible reflection of your commitment to our community, positioning your event or organization as one that genuinely cares about local children, their futures and the opportunities available to them today.

1. Bring Us Your Gathering

Tell us about your festival, fundraiser, corporate event or community celebration. We’ll discuss the date, location, expected attendance, event schedule, audience and available bar space.

You provide the basic event information and venue approval. We guide you through everything else needed to determine whether a Gather for Good cash bar is the right fit.

2. We Build the Bar Plan & Handle the Permit

Together, we determine the menu, pricing, service hours, bar locations and overall guest experience. We also establish anticipated product needs, staffing, equipment and the details of our partnership.

Gather for Good Foundation, Inc. files the required temporary state beverage permit and pays the associated permitting fees. We then begin coordinating beverage donations, product sponsorships and the supplies needed to operate the bar.

3. We Prepare, Set Up & Run the Entire Bar

Before the event, our team coordinates the beverages, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, menus, signage, equipment, inventory and trained service staff.

At the event, we handle:

• Delivery and complete bar setup
• Beverage inventory and restocking
• Bartenders and support staff
• Cash and credit-card transactions
• Point-of-sale and cash management
• Responsible beverage service
• Guest flow and bar operations
• Equipment and supplies
• Breakdown and final inventory

From the first setup to the final pour, the beverage portion of your event is completely managed for you.

4. Event Closeouts & Filings

After the event, we reconcile all cash and credit-card sales, verify the remaining inventory and complete the financial closeout.

Gather for Good Foundation, Inc. then files the applicable state reports, remits required taxes and maintains the event records associated with the permitted beverage service.

5. Grow, Create & Participate

Net proceeds from the bar are directed into the Gather for Good Scholarship Fund.

Throughout the year, we open scholarship opportunities for local families to apply for funding toward an activity their child is excited to pursue—including sports, lessons, camps, classes, music, dance, art and other enrichment programs.
